    Student Health Portal Access: Login/Activate

Please activate your Health Portal as soon as you are emailed the activation code. 

On your Student Health Portal, you will be able to do the following:

     1. Receive and view your Visit Summary. (Used for professor excuse notes)

     2. Receive and view lab results completed by Weigel Health.

     3. View and print your Immunizations completed by Weigel Health staff.

IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH THE STUDENT HEALTH PORTAL ACTIVATION, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT BUFFALO STATE'S HELP DESK, OR IT DEPARTMENT.

Portal Features

The Student Portal System allows you to:

  • Access the portal on your computer or smartphone.
  • Secure communication with Weigel Health Center (Messages)
  • Make an appointment, verify an appointment date or cancel appointments. (Appointments)
  • Complete intake and health forms for Weigel Health Center and Athletics Department (if you are a student athlete). (Forms)
  • Retrieve visit summary of an appointment. (Messages)
  • View and retrieve lab test results. (Messages)
  • Retrieve documentation of vaccines, injections given. (Messages)

Username & Password

Login to the portal using your Buffalo State Network Credentials. This is the same username/password you use to access Blackboard on campus computers.
