This semester, there's a new walking program on campus. We meet on Mondays at 11:00 a.m. and Fridays at noon in front of Weigel Health Center for a 30-minute walk. Sometimes we stay on campus, sometimes we visit neighboring attractions like the Richardson Complex or Delaware Park.
In case of rain, meet outside the entrance to the Sports Arena (the Buckham side). This is a chance to step outside and clear your head, get the recommended 30 minutes of daily activity, and chat with students, faculty, and staff.
When we spend so much time and energy working at our computers and dealing with daily stresses, it can be a challenge to fit in time for physical activity or socializing. Let the walking program help you recharge- come walk with us!
