The Health & Activity Program is designed to promote healthy lifestyles by providing students, faculty, and staff with resources and informational sessions on nutrition, physical activity, and other health-related topics during the Fall 2015 semester. The program will last 8 weeks, and is open to students wishing to use a Fitbit activity tracker, as well as to faculty and staff, who are welcome to join us for educational workshops and other events. Student participants will undergo fitness assessments to track their progress in the program.
