Please meet Nicholas Klender, who is a senior in the Dietitian Education Program here at Buffalo State. This program has allowed him the opportunity to work in many of the surrounding hospitals and health care offices in the capacity of a registered dietitian. He strives to provide every one of his clients with a customized researched based nutrition program no matter their health concern or level of nutrition understanding.
He went on to say, "I want everyone I meet at this facility to know that I am not the food police, I am simply a nutrition educator, I am here to demystify the science of nutrition for everyone I encounter, and to help them live a better life, through better nutrition".
Nicholas is now available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am-5pm here at the Weigel Health Center until March 1st. To make an appointment come into Weigel or call 716-878-6711.
Nicholas asks that for all of those interested in nutrition counseling to please bring a food diary of what they ate for 3 days or more, with one of those days falling on a Saturday or Sunday to get a better understanding of your current diet.
